Shipping and Delivery

SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost is calculated during checkout and is based on the size of your order and your shipping location. Multiple shipping options are available at checkout.

SHIPPING TIMES

Each item is made-to-order. Most order are produced and shipped within 3-4 business days. Shipping time varies by location.

US Domestic Shipping
We estimate your item to arrive within approximately 5 days after shipment to destinations within the continental US. For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & all other U.S. territories please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.
 
International Shipping
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks after shipment date to receive your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns
We stand by the quality of our products and want total customer sanctification. If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Your order is held for two hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing/shipping addresses or item sizes and colors! If you need to make a change or cancel and refund your order you can write email to sales@crypto-sistas.com

If your order has already been printed and shipped, unfortunately changes cannot be made to it.

Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, address, etc.

Please do not return an item to us prior to consulting with us. We do not have a storage facility, and if you return an item it will be returned to our fulfillment center.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, the following conditions must also be met:

– the purchased item is either defective or does not match the customer’s order, as evidenced by the customer by means of photo(s) or video(s);
– if the purchased item is defective, such defect must not have been caused by any misuse, abuse or accidental damage of the purchased item by the customer;
the purchased item must be unused and must be in the same condition that the customer received it;
– the purchased item must be returned in the original packaging.

For the avoidance of doubt, the following reasons do not constitute valid return and/or refund reasons (non-exhaustive list):

– the customer ordered the item in a wrong size;
– the customer no longer wants the item;
– the customer finds the same item elsewhere at a cheaper price.

Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to sales@crypto-sistas.com (the receipt was sent to your email at the time you have purchased the product).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (we do not replace items due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc).If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@crypto-sistas.com. We will provide individual instructions.


Shipping
To return your product, please contact us at sales@crypto-sistas.com with order number. We will provide individual instructions based on your item. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

FAQ

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed.  You will also receive an update email when your order ships with your tracking information.

If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.

If your order has not yet gone into production (production usually begins within 24-48 hours), you can still make changes to the size and color of any product in your order. Please contact us with your order number along with the desired changes, and we will edit the order for you.

You may also change the shipping address, by contacting us. 

Unfortunately, we cannot modify orders once they have gone into production.

We can only process cancellations for items that have not gone into production. Please contact us through our contact page or email us at sales@crypto-sistas.com with your order details we will cancel your order and provide a full refund.

We cannot cancel orders once the printing process has begun.
